• Dumb Luck (Podbear Mix)

    This is Podington's remix of "Dumb Luck", the title track to the upcoming album from Jimmy Tamborello's lauded avant-pop-electronic collab project Dntel. For those of you who may not know, Tamborello is also known as the co-writer/production whiz behind the The Postal Service, whose Give Up long passed gold status (selling over half a million copies in the US). Dumb Luck is the only track from the new album which features the unassuming vocals of Tamborello.

    I like this song a lot. Your music goes along with vocals very well. Maybe you should do more songs like this?

    Sometimes I cry when I watch television.
    This isn't like that. This might be real.
    If I cried while listening to this and someone
    (she knows who she is) said to me
    "are you crying?"
    I wouldn't deny it and go to the kitchen for more cookies.
    I would just say "Yes, I am crying. So what?"
