• To Be Still

    Hello folks, Another honorary Portlander, Alela Diane has since moved on to green pastures I suppose: Grass Valley / Nevada City, CA, where she grew up some. She's been globehopping recently though and has made quite an impression on the French listening public. This is a song from her Daytrotter (daytrotter.com) session with me playing accompaniment more than remixer. (I guess I'm more interested in playing along with good songs than slicing and dicing them.)

    wow. this is so very nice. I am a huge fan of Alela's music she has such a great voice. I saw you did a ''remix'', and was a bit worried about it being too much something I might not want to hear with her own style, but no, thanks for your work- it sounds very, very good.
